Around 20 people attended the Superfast Broadband roadshow at Samuel King's School organised by Cybermoor with Connecting Cumbria. Phil Ruston from Connecting Cumbria explained numerous ways that broadband services could be used to save time and money (full details in the presentation).

Daniel Heery from Cybermoor and Dominic Scarr from Quickline explained the broadband services currently on offer – both fibre to the home and fixed wireless. They also explained more about the PhysioDom project supporting over 65s to better manage their weight and daily activity levels. The event finished at 9.30pm and everyone thanked Phil for his informative enjoyable talk.

The presentation from the event can be viewed below and you can also download two Factsheets with lots of useful links.
